Before You Book.
What actually happens on the call?
We'll ask about your business, your current marketing or systems setup, and what's not working as well as it should. From there, we'll walk you through what a realistic fix looks like — specific to your situation, not a generic pitch. By the end, you'll know exactly what we'd recommend and why, whether or not you decide to work with us.
Is this really free, with no catch?
Yes. There's no charge for the call, and no obligation to move forward afterward. We'd rather earn the work by being useful on this call than pressure you into a decision before you're ready.
Who will I actually be speaking with?
You'll speak directly with someone from the DOT team who works on strategy day to day — not a sales rep reading from a script. If your situation needs a specialist in a particular area (paid media, web development, automation), we'll loop them in for the right part of the conversation.
What should I prepare beforehand?
Nothing is required, but the call is more useful if you come with a rough sense of what's prompting the conversation — a specific problem, a goal for the next few months, or a system that's not keeping up with the business. If you have access to current performance numbers (ad spend, website traffic, lead volume), having them on hand helps, but it's not a dealbreaker if you don't.
What happens after the call?
If it makes sense to work together, we'll follow up with a clear proposal — what we'd do, in what order, and what it costs, with nothing vague about scope. If it doesn't make sense, we'll tell you that directly instead of stringing things along.
